Hotel room block deadline - July 6. Conference registration deadline - July 17. Hotel booking link/information will be included in your registration confirmation. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event except for extenuating circumstances.
Monday CE session registration includes lunch on Monday.
Tuesday-Wednesday class registration includes lunch on Tuesday only.
